It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything and quite a bit has happened. Just not much on the exercise front. I actually cancelled my Triathlon since I am not even close to fit enough to participating. Instead we have signed up to the Grim challenge with 2 corporate teams and I have Lisa who will be my motivator. She’ll probably try and get me to excel at this 
I did sign up to the gym now! Managed to do a 6k run in 30 min which seems a little unreal. Think my Nike iPod might be lying…
I’ve been pretty lame concerning exercise recently. Somehow too busy with other things although I do manage to play touch rugby about every 2 weeks.
I have now more or less settled into my new home and since I worked from home today, decided to go for a run in the afternoon. It was one of the better runs I’ve had in ages and it has nothing to do with distance or speed. It’s location, location, location… Read the rest of this entry »
“The Puppet Show is an artistic project by Italian photographers Winkler+Noah (Romina Raffaelli and Stefano Marini).
